The customer agrees that, if the reparation quotation is rejected or if after its reparation it isn’t picked up from CEYMSA , he authorizes and allows expressly that CEYMSA proceeds to its complete destruction once 3 months have passed without claim possibility for the customer in that case. This is part of the contracted commercial relation between the customer and CEYMSA. The customer undertakes as well to send the material referred to with prepaid shipment.
